Leadership from ICT and PJT Transport commemorate the successful acquisition and the start of a strong new chapter together
[CHATHAM, NJ – January 5, 2026] – International Cargo Terminals (“ICT”) is pleased to announce that, effective January 5, 2026, it has acquired PJT Transport Inc., a well-established drayage and trucking company with a strong reputation built over decades of service in the port and logistics sector.
Founded and grown under the leadership of Pete Toscano, PJT Transport has long been recognized for its operational excellence, customer relationships, and deep experience supporting port, terminal, and intermodal operations. ICT is equally pleased to announce that Mr. Toscano will remain with the company as President, ensuring continuity of leadership and a seamless transition for customers, employees, and business partners.
“This acquisition represents a natural fit for ICT,” said Vice Chairman of the Board and ICT Board Member, Christian Mogelvang. “PJT Transport brings a proven operating platform, experienced leadership, and a customer-first culture that aligns well with our strategic objectives. We are excited to invest in the business, support its growth, and build on the strong foundation Pete and his team have created.” Mr. Mogelvang went on to say, “Scan-Group is thankful for the tireless efforts of the acquisition team led by Tom Bacon, Thorkild Hove, and Frank Cozzarelli who were instrumental in closing the deal.”
As part of the transaction, PJT Transport becomes part of Scan-Group, expanding the Group’s presence in North American logistics and reinforcing its commitment to providing integrated, high-quality transportation and terminal services.
ICT looks forward to working closely with the PJT Transport team to expand capacity, enhance service offerings, and pursue new growth opportunities, while maintaining the operational standards and relationships that have defined PJT’s success.
